Destination Port Delivery

We book and prepay container ocean freight to your destination port (e.g., Hamburg, Rotterdam, Felixstowe, New York, Jebel Ali). CIF contracts include 110% Institute Cargo Clauses (A) marine insurance.

Marine Insurance: All Risks coverage (Institute Cargo Clauses A).
Customs: Export cleared; buyer handles import duties.

EXW (Ex-Works Karur)

Karur Factory Gate Delivery

Goods are packed in international export-worthy cartons and made available for collection at our factory gate in Karur. Buyer arranges inland transport, customs clearance, and port forwarding.

Pickup Point: Karur Works Facility.
Palletization: Heat-treated ISPM-15 certified pallets.

2. Payment Methods & Currency Protocols

All international contracts are executed through verified banking channels via the State Bank of India (SBI), SME Siruthozhil Branch, Karur. We support accepted global settlement options:

Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at Sight)

Issued by a recognized prime international bank, payable 100% upon presentation of clean on-board Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Packing List.

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T Advance + BL Copy)

30% advance deposit with confirmed purchase order to initiate yarn procurement and weaving; 70% balance payable against scanned copy of non-negotiable Bill of Lading.

Settlement Currencies: USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), and INR (&rupee;) with full statutory bank realization certificates (e-BRC).

3. Sampling & Pre-Production Approval

To eliminate surprises and guarantee full alignment with your design dossier before starting mass loom weaving:

Pantone Lab Dips: Formulated in 3 tonal shades (A, B, C) on exact specified cotton base fabric within 4 to 6 business days.
Print Strike-Offs: Full repeat rotary or digital strike-offs submitted for design scale, color depth, and sharpness verification.
Pre-Production Samples (PPS): Fully stitched articles including buyer wash-care labels, barcodes, and retail packaging for final sign-off.
Courier Shipping: Physical samples are dispatched worldwide via DHL / FedEx with live air tracking.

4. Pre-Shipment Inspection (AQL 2.5) & Packaging

Prior to container loading at our Karur facility, every shipment undergoes final audit under the international AQL 2.5 (Normal Inspection Level II) standard:

Needle Detection 100% Conveyor-belt electromagnetic sensor scan for metal fragments on every sewn piece.
Third-Party Inspection Buyers may nominate SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek for on-site container stuffing audit.
Moisture Protection Individual polybagging, silica gel desiccant packs, and heavy-duty 7-ply export cartons.
Trade Tolerance Standard international textile quantity & yardage tolerance of ±5% applies.

5. Force Majeure

Neither buyer nor seller shall be liable for delay or default caused by events beyond reasonable foresight or control, including acts of nature, severe floods, regional grid outages, port strikes, quarantine blockades, or government export embargoes.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All commercial sales contracts, proforma invoices, and purchase orders shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of an unresolvable commercial dispute, legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Karur, Tamil Nadu, India.
