Over the past decade, we have expanded our manufacturing infrastructure to include high-speed rapier looms, state-of-the-art continuous rotary printing machines, cone yarn dyeing, and dedicated stitching assemblies. With over 20 years in the Indian textile trade, Mr. Shivadevan founded Green Home Tex in 2014. He spearheads strategic international buyer alliances, sustainable BCI cotton sourcing, and large-scale FOB port dispatches.

Oversees our in-house testing lab, spectrophotometer computerized shade matching, AQL 2.5 final random inspection protocols, and third-party audit certifications (OEKO-TEX, REACH, and BCI).
Chief Weaving & Production Engineer
Manages the daily scheduling of our 10,000 meters/day rapier weaving sheds, jigger dyeing autoclaves, rotary printing screens, and the power stitching lines ensuring zero production downtime.
