3-Tier Verification Process

Raw Fabric 4-Point System: 100% of grey and dyed cloth is inspected on illuminated frames for weaving slubs, reed marks, and color consistency.

In-Line Stitching Audit: Checking stitch density (minimum 7 SPI), seam alignment, bar-tacking on stress points, and thread suction.

AQL 2.5 Final Random Inspection (FRI): Performed under Normal Inspection Level II prior to container palletization.

Conveyor Needle Detection: 100% of sewn articles pass through our high-sensitivity metal detector to ensure total consumer safety.
